  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • We accept payments via approved secure methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and deliver within the estimated timelines:

  • India: Free shipping within 7–10 business days.

  • USA / Canada / Europe / Australia: Free shipping on orders above $175 USD, delivered within 10–15 business days.

Please note: Delays caused by courier partners, customs or local authorities are beyond our control.

5. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are only accepted in the following case:

  • The product is received damaged, and

  • A complete unboxing video (from package opening to product visibility) is submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Upon approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Returns/refunds will not be accepted for color variations or differences between real and AI-generated images.
